When we played in South Korea in 08 with the Passion World Tour, I became increasingly interested in North Korea and the whole situation with them versus the world. Hearing some first hand accounts from people in South Korea about how it (North Korea) was basically like walking into the early 80s. Interesting indeed.

A few days ago I came across this website, vbs.tv, that does grassroots independent journalism, and lo and behold, they did a 14 part video piece about N. Korea. The premise is simple, they snuck in and taped what they weren’t allowed to to expose what that whole world is all about. If you have some time, I’d really recommend watching some of it to get a glimpse of something you never knew existed.
